Alright so i want to take the military jumpsuit from the OP:Anchorage dlc and put on a bullet proof vest and some other stuff from another mod now i thought i could use nifskope to use this but i was told i cant and instead i had to use blender so can any one tell me how to do this or give me a good guide on how to use blender

There is a rather large learning curve to using Blender or any 3-D modeling tool if you have never done any 3-D modeling in the past. There are tutorials pinned at the top of this forum. I suggest you start by looking through them.
