I need help on the "one for my baby" mission. im confused and have no clue what to do. Might come of as a little noobish but I just don't get what to do. Any hints, tips, walkthroughs, or advice would be helpful. would really appreciate the replies.

You need to look around Novac and talk to the folks there to try to find out who sold Boones wife into slavery. Once you have evidence as to who did it, ask them to follow you outside by the dinosaur (you need to do this in the evening while Boone is on watch). Once you're there you put on Boone's beret and he'll kill the unfortunate soul.

If you're playing a more evil character you can kill any novac NPC this way. You'll just lose karma and Boone's respect.

There is one piece of solid evidence that proves who sold Boone's wife. If you want to find the real culprit.

once or twice i had a glitch that the quilty party forgot its line. there is a backup person that boone will acept if the speech skill is high enough.
