From what I understand, Skyrim uses a similar levelling system to the game in the linked screenshot! With the among of Skyrim players compared to Reckoning there must be someone who has done a map or zone list for Skyrim level ranges for each zone/town/dungen... Unfortunately I have not been able to find it via google searches...
