This game is the most unstable game I've ever played. I've heard of others who had no problems and I don't fall in that catagory! Enough venting I guess.

I've been playing for about 25 hours. I have less that 45 saves. I am running numerous mods. It took me forever to get the gaming running well and it did. I could play a few hours without a crash. Now, whenever I go into a building, crash. It started at the Southern Nevada Wind Farm. I went in and when I tried to come out, crash. I used the coc console command to get out but, from then on, crash. So I reverted to an earlier save. Avoided the Wind Farm, landed in Nelson. Went to enter a house. Crash. Reverted to an even earlier save. Entered a building in Nelson. Crash.

What I have tried:
Starting a new game, then loading an older save.
Checked to see if my saves were corrupted. They are not.
Verified my files on Steam.
Defragmented files on Steam.
Verified it again.
Uninstalled from Steam. Re-downloaded.
Updated all my drivers, including graphics card.

Why I don't think it's my mods: I use wrye bash, and have a bashed patch. But I will say what mods I'm using. This is also my load order.

Well, it could be any of those mods causing an issue, and as far as I know there is no way to verify whether a save is corrupted or not.
I would recommend getting back to vanilla then trying the game. That means disabling all your mods, removing archive invalidated, and backing up the .ini files and
let the game remake them. Then try it out. If the crashes go away then its a mod issue most likely.

I have Fallout New Vegas but I rarely face these problems; however I do know that some mods simply does not cooperate with eachother and can cause bugs.
You got a lot of mods, one (or more) of them is surely the issue, many of those mods do affect the interior and exterior world of Fallout: New Vegas... meaning that walking in and out from exterior cells could cause crashes. I face crashes sometimes (on my laptop) when walking out from an interior cell to exterior.

* Could be overheating.
* Could be a simple loading failure.
* Could be a mod making complications.
* Could be an issue in the .ini file (some advanced mods do actually require that you alter your .ini file etc., mods like animations; 1st - 3rd person view or area mods. Some actually alters the .ini file automatically).
* Could be programs interfering with the game.
* Could be the computer becoming a bit rusty.

If you are playing the game on Steam, open your library from the Steam menu, right - click on Fallout: New Vegas; Properties / Local game files and / Verify integrity of game cache.

I don't think it helps to reload another save file, your game still got all those mods running at the same time. I would simply just try to re - install the game.
Unless ofcourse, you don't mind spending quite some time going through all related files, folders, tweaks and programs.
