Need help undoing entry to command line.....

Post » Sat May 28, 2011 6:05 am

A couple days ago I thought I had found a fix for a problem (unrelated to Fallout )and it required an entry into the command line. I don't remember exactly what I entered but I do remember the number, "5360". This evening when I installed Fallout and tried to fire it up I get the error message, "The ordinal 5360 could not be located in the dynamic link library xlive.dll". It was the number "5360" that reminded me about the entry into the command line.....what/how do I correct/undo this, please. Your help is greatly appreciated.

This error is generally solved in one of two ways:

If you care about achievements and whatnot -> http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=128962 (this download is from microsoft.com)

If you don't care about achievements -> http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=640 ("Install Tweaker" > "Fake xlive.dll" checkbox)
