Need help with a character idea who can survive no matter wh

Here is what i have so far.

Starsign:The atronach(Absorb magic from traps and such)
Fave atts:

Maj skills
Restoration(To cure poison and to restore health from magic that wasn't absorbed from traps and such)

Bottom line?
Immunities: Magicka, Common Disease, Blight Disease, Frost, Shock, Paralysis
Resistances: Fire 55%, Poison 20%
Reflect 25%
Intelligence 10 pts.

This is the most over-the-top broken setup I can remember. Not being the sort of fellow to get much out of over-the-top broken setups any more, it is purely from memory.

Whitewalker with a short resistance spell before equipping to negate its drawbacks
Daedric Tower Shield, CE Chameleon 45%
Full Daedric wardrobe save two Wraithguards, CE Strength to each piece's capacity
Full Exquisite Wardrobe save a Necromancer's Amulet and Royal Signet Ring, CE Chameleon to push the total above a hundred on the shirt, CE Luck on the rest
Weapon of choice: Sunder
Various enchanted items of obscene unfair advantage
And whatever race/sign combo gives you Stunted Magicka and three times the usual magic.

Someone add up all those constant effects for me, I know it's a good many. I can unfortunately confirm that Spell Absorption is not a cumulative effect like Chameleon- with CE Chameleon over a hundred it's just like casting a 100% spell that doesn't expire, but with Spell Absorption each instance of it is evaluated separately. I made a mental note of what that means for this specific setup. It checks the 50% CE from your sign first, if it fails it then checks the Amulet. Effective total Absorption: 62.5%.

Being able to survive has very little to do with CharGen, but instead has to do with how well you know the game (where to get powerful gear) and how good you are at playing video games (not making poor choices.)

There are many different ways to develop a powerful character.....but I like to focus on Endurance.....which means using a spear a lot....and having it as a Major skill..... Also, Heavy and Medium Armor...I like Medium the best. By the time you reach level 30, you can kill anything in the game with ease. You can typically have over 300 hit points and the same with fatigue by focusing on increasing your Endurance as much as possible at every level up. After level 25 or 30, I tend to switch to inferior armor like Light Armor (which I usually do not make a major or minor skill) and inferior weapons to make it more challenging.
