I upgraded to windows 7 recently, trying to go back to editing dialogue and I get this

Compatability modes, and the other options isn't fixing it (I cant edit the quest variables)

Edit: Fixed, needed to change font size.

Shot in the dark, I don't really know for sure - but try using a "Windows Classic" theme. Meaning, no Aero, no glass - Win95-style. Or maybe try raising the resolution of your desktop, if you can.
