Need help with % Criticals and such.

Okaaay I'm having trouble doing some math with these, so, HELP PLEASE.

I'm trying to realize which weapons are the best for a Melee/Critical build in particular, since Dead Money basically pumped this build a whole lot more.
I'll share my final info after someone can confirm this, thanks!

***CRITICAL RATE %

Luck + 10
Built to Destroy + 3
Light Touch + 5
Finesse + 5
1st Recon Beret +5
Ninja x 1.5

This comes up as 32% chance, right?

Now.

***PERKS

Elijah's Rambling: +%150 melee weapon critical damage
Better Criticals: +50% Damage with critical hits
Total: +200% crit damage.

As both say "+" then the %. I'm assuming the extra damage is not multiplied, but simply, added damage.

So, for instance, Oh, Baby which has a 40 Crit Damage.
100% = 40.
200% = 80
40 crit + 200% crit damage = 120 crit Damage?

if you're on pc I highly recommend http://www.newvegasnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=36638 because the ninja perk is currently bugged.

oh, and on a side note: The shishkebab with the Pyromaniac perk does more DPS then the Oh, BABY! and has a 2x crit multiplier (which would give you a 64% crit chance)

Yeah, I'm aware of that "fix", which I might or might not get.

But without that fix. I'm wondering of the total % crit chance you can get. And how is the % crit damage affected by the new perks.

I just want to know if with Ninja the way it is, with everything else, does your % crit chance is 32-33% only.

And if it is Crit Damage + 200% of Crit Damage.

Or if I got it all wrong, or if there's some other bug I don't know of.

PS. Oh, Baby! was just an example because it was the first to hit my mind that has a closed crit damage, easily explained, unlike other weapons that have numbers of 23, 33, etc.
