I'm having an issue with a few things in Thieves Guild/Dark Brotherhood story line. Apparently I've taken a special job from Delvin Mallory, but it did not show up in my tasks and now Delvin only says "it seems you've been getting a lot of blah blah blah" I can't speak to Delvin, can't take a job from Vex. She says I need to finish the job that Delvin gave me. If the special job is Imitation Amnesty, I can't seem to start it anywhere (i've talked with Olfrid in white Run). Can't talk to Brynjolf anymore either.
Any help would be appreciated.

Bumping this, as it seems he got a problem that need fixing.
Might get a Mods attention too, for moving it to an approtiate Subforum.

On PC you can use the console to force start the quest or skip it. On console you might as well give up on that guild for that save. Chances are it won't spontaneously fix itself and if a quest doesn't start it doesn't start.

You could try looking up the quest and try going to the next step to see if it triggers it.

What does it report when you use this console command: getstage TGTQ03
