NVIDIA Geforce 7600 GS 512

I know its an old pos. but it runs just fine and I dusted it off for morrowind anyway. Also,

I can play vanilla just fine. I've added better heads and bodies and beast bodies.

Now I want to work on the overall graphics.

I know I can't possibly run MGE or anything like that. But what can I do within the confines of my system to deliver the best graphical experience that I can manage.
