*Spoilers* So after finishing the main story (Vampire) of the dawnguard questline, I went back to the soul cairn to tell Valerica

that she could return to the castle. I could not enter the soul cairn as a human due to the health drain effect so I had Serana turn me back into a vampire. I entered the soul cairn and my health was continuing to drain. No matter where I go or what I do to try to stop it, My health continues to drain everywhere I go in the world. I have tried eating soul husks and even going up to one of the giant black soul gems and trying to cancel out the effect. Is there any way to fix this without reloading from a previous save? I lost my others and now I am stuck. Thanks.

You could try this, but there's no guarantee that it will work for you, especially since it sounds like you may have ready tried it.

• Try walking within range of one of the soul draining gems without using the effects of a soul husk, and then stepping away.
