Need help with INI file!

Ok, so I am on an admin account, trying to edit the INI file and it still says access denied when I try to save?!

I am using windows 7 64 bit

Being an Admin is not enough.
The simplest fix is to just http://www.gamesas.com/index.php?/topic/781497-vistawindows-7-problems/page__p__11352753#entry11352753
Or turn off your UAC. (User Account Control)
