The Dragonborn DLC that I have purchased from steam will not work properly, as a result, I cannot head to Solstheim, however, I do know the DLC works since the DLC's cultists attacked me. the real problem happens once I attempt to go to Solstheim using the salt traders boat and try to ask him to take me to Solstheim and once I do that he attempts to take me to Solstheim but the game loads back to the initial place where I just tried to ask to travel to Solstheim.
