Need help with mod order. Getting CTD on start up.

I know this is pretty common to get ctd on start up when your mod order isnt right. but i am completly confused on where the issue is. Im pretty sure its something with a Requiem for the Capital wasteland. Can someone help me out? load order below.

I use Requiem and the readme said this is the load order for its plugins, which I see you've got a couple around a different way - Broken Steel is too high up, I used to get CTD's or missing parts of the world if that was loaded too early. I load all DLC's in order of release for both FO3 and FNV and any mod DLC esps in the same order.

Is the CTD happening before you get to the main menu? If so that'd be a missing master file that another plugin needs. I don't use most of what's in you load order so can't tell what could be missing.
Sometimes opening FNVEdit (and leaving all mods checked) it will say if there's a problem, if something is missing. At least I think so. I use Wrye Bash for mine.

These two plugins should probably go down with the other Project Nevada esps as they're among the esms (esps go after esms): Project Nevada - Cyberware.esp and Project Nevada - Rebalance.esp
I started to rearrange your load order but as I don't use Project Nevada, WME, WMX, and half a dozen others it might not have been right.

That's all I can think of, anyway :smile:

Thanks for the help. The crash happens as soon as the main menu comes up. I see the background and hear the music play and then it just crashes.
