I started the quest at Bitter Springs. I have completed all of the first part except I can't get Colonel Hsu to send troops from Camp McCarren. I have completed "I Put a Spell On You" and he still won't send troops. I have the troops from Gamp Golf and Camp Folorn Hope along with the medical supplies the Lt at Bitter Springs asked for. I am currently Accepted by the NCR do I need to get my reputation up to get him to send troops? If so that would be weird because the guide says that you have to be Idolized by the NCR before any of them will send troops, but the other two sent thiers. Any help with this would greatly be appreciated.

Have you done the quest where you have to kill the three Fiend leaders?

Also I could not because of the time save the monorail. I just found out that I must be Liked by the NCR to get him to send troops. Although now is there a junk turn in quest to get NCR rep?

You need to be Liked by the NCR before Hsu will send troops. Just do some of the other quests first and get back to him.
