i just went to the 3 house's and 3 tribes and in Urshilaku i have confirmation i completed each of them from the wisewoman, but when i goto vivec temple the guy im suppose to meet says i havent finished.. i checked my inventory and have all 6 items, except one from the Urshilaku tribe.which is the fourth tribe did they give me a item?. what was it and how can i get it back if i need it?

All four camps have to have named you Nerevarine.
At the Urshilaku camp, Sul-Matuul should have given you the Teeth of the Urshilaku. But these items are not needed for the quest.

I suggest you go back to Urshilaku camp and speak with the wise woman, Nibani Maesa. She should have some guidance for you concerning your next step.

If you completed the Path of the Incarnate and have the Moon and Star ring. You should have returned to the Urshilaku camp and spoke with Sul-Matuul before speaking with Nabani Maesa. Sul should, at that time name you Nerevarine and given you the Teeth. You should have this entry in your journal:
