Need Help with Resolution

I have a problem with Fallout 4 resolution. The resolution the game automatically sets for me is 800 (w) X 600 (h). At this resolution my game runs completely smooth, however, the picture goes a little bit over borders and is outside my screen (in width not in height). At every other resolution I tried the game has minor stuttering and mini freezes, especially when turning the camera. I`ve tried every resolution in the launcher options and also resolutions listed in my Windows 8 resolution settings by writing them manually in Fallout4Prefs.ini file (1600 X 1200, 1600 X 1024, 1600 X 900, 1366 X 768, 1360 X 768, 1280 X 1024, 1280 X 960, 1280 X 800, 1280 X 768, 1280 X 720, 1152 X 864, 1024 X 768).

I`m using NEC MultiSync LCD2190UXi monitor:

My PC specs are:

Intel® Core™ i3-4170 CPU @ 3.70GHz, 3700 Mhz, 2 Core(s), 4 Logical Processor(s)

NVIDIA GeForce GT 730

4 GB of RAM

I know that my specs do not meet the minimum requirements, however, as I said the game runs perfect at 800 X 600 resolution. Since I don`t know much about resolutions or video in general, could anyone be so kind and suggest some resolutions which I could try out manually and which would both capture everything on my screen and give smooth performance?
