Need Help With Three Issues

I altered the "Chamber of the Lost" in Castle Skingrad as a place for my character to stay and (hopefully) have Janus Hassildor as a frequent guest. I have had three issues with it.

Questions:

1. It is a sealed chamber, very hard to get into. Player has to balance on a railing and leap to the top of Skingrad Castle, then jump off and land on the "Chamber of the Lost" - any misses mean starting from the beginning again.

Because of this I have been using the ID for the Painting to fast travel into chamber using the "Move To" command. Is there any way to make this command into a spell or lesser power so I don't have to keep going to the console and typing it in?

2. I started off experimenting in Janus Hassildor's bed in his suite before I made this mod.

If I name the bed for Janus Hassildor, he will sleep in it, but it won't let me (even though I set the bed up for two). If I don't name the bed, I can get in it and sleep, but Janus Hassildor will not get in the bed.

In Castle Leyawiin, the Count and Countess sleep together in the bed, so I looked up their bed/factions to see how it was set up.

I tried to set this one up the same way, even added my character to Rona Hassildor's faction - it didn't work. I tried adding myself to Janus Hassildor's faction - that didn't work either.

Does anyone know how to set it up?

(or do I just have to use the posing mod of laying down and move my character to the bed, leaving it "owned" by Janus?)

3. I have been moving Janus into the chamber using the console to command him to my character, which works - he stays only for a short while though, then returns to his suite.

I marked Janus Hassildor as "Summonable" - but can't find anywhere how to make a spell that summons him. I know it is possible, because my follower can summon his horse to him (and if you have Shivering Isles you can summon Haskill) - I just can't find anywhere that tells how to make the spell.

Anyone know how to do it?

make a scripted spell, using moveto command in the script.

As far as I know, NPCs didn't have troubles sleeping in not owned beds. Maybe Janus has a script that avoid this.

NPCs can be teleported also with moveto command http://cs.elderscrolls.com/constwiki/index.php/MoveTo

Thank you so much for your assistance! I am trying to make heads or tails of the instructions for Scripted Spells right now, thank you so much for telling me what to look for.

On moving Hassildor to me, I have been using the "moveto command" - and it works - I just was hoping to make a summon spell like the player is given for Haskill or for followers.

Reading the pages off that link you provided gave me an idea, I may contact some of the people whose mods already use the spells and ask for help from them as well. I have some mods that do approximately what I want, is there a way to open the ESP up and see how it was done on these?

I've made a few of my own 'Summon NPC' spells by using http://cs.elderscrolls.com/constwiki/index.php/Scripting_Tutorial:_Summoned_Creatures.

You can open the mod in the CS and look through it, or use http://tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=11536.
