Need HELP with vampire mod. Please reply asap. : IV

I just downloaded Lithians Nature of the Beast mod. It says to press the V key to open up the mod menu, doesnt work. I go to my inventory and i cant equip My Black Heart. The N key doesnt do anything either. Can anyone explain this to me?

You need OBSE for this mod, do you have it installed ?

I have the OBSE but its in zip file. Im new to this whole modding thing so excuse my ignorance lol. Ive been at this for 2 hours and ive gotten no where.

You need to get OBSE installed properly, I`m literally on my way out the door to go to work otherwise I`d help you with this, I`m sure someone will come along shortly and give you the assistance you require, good luck
