Need ideas for an original character and ways to keep the ga

So I beat the game and I need ideas on how to keep finding challenges, or creative plans for a new character. What did you do to keep things interesting after you'd played for awhile? Also, do you know of any stable mods with some good expansion content? New quests, land, etc? It doesn't necessarily have to be mods, but I'm looking for new things to try here.

I've done a really sickly (uber-low strength) pacifist character before. Relying on companions and running away was certainly a challenge, especially toward the beginning when your sneak is low. xD As for mods, the only one I've thoroughly tried besides official DLC is MMM.

I'm not sure what mods (if any) you're using, so some of my suggestions may be redundant.

Snap up an overhaul mod (I use Arwen's Realism Tweaks, which makes character creation a lot more involved, and generally makes the Wasteland a lot more hostile. It's a small download that makes big changes.).

If you're looking for some unique, challenging quests (with awesome stories to boot) check out any quest mod made by Puce Moose. However, these will test your mind a lot more that they test your reflexes... Lots of puzzles.

If you want more places to explore in DC, you can't go wrong with DC Interiors.

If you play a character with really low intelligence, do you get the hilariously stunted dialogue of classic Fallout (such as "Ug" and "Durrr") as your choices?

No. The dialogue isn't that interesting.

Play yourself as if you were in the PC's position.

Right after Vault 101, go straight through the Metros into DC, and try to survive in there

You could live in the Metros and such, meet scavengers and trade the stuff you find to them and continue on, find cool buildings to spend the night in, or go back to the metros and live underground at night, ect. Seems fun to me and I was disappointed that their was no Vault in DC itself :(

Be a very smart but physically weak science-y character and rely on http://fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=712 to fight.

Or become a http://fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=9497.

Use http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=9396 and never fast travel. You'll soon develop a fear or metro tunnels, on account of the massive amounts of ferals in them, and the fact that they keep getting back up.

You could use only Explosives and Melee weapons. I find that watching my foes step on my carefully placed mine field is very pleasing. Even more so if I lure them into it.

One last idea: Never use a sniper. Makes the game much harder for most characters I use. Mostly because I fight at least ten raiders at a time, and I don't have that great of armor usually.
