I have run across several armor mods that I would love to tweak, however, since dismemberment in Fallout 3, the same old Oblivion ways of rigging seem to not apply any more. So I ask you, anyone, is there some obscure tutorial I have yet to find? Or could someone help me with explaining what to do?

I am at a loss and this is a serious roadblock in modding for me.

There are a ton of fallout 3 tutorials at fallout3nexus, in the mod talk and mod troubleshooting forum pinned topics. Everything that works for FO3 works for FNv. Well, 95%+ anyway.
