hey new PC gamer here and I want to start a new character for like the 4th time now; however I don't want to start from scratch. Could someone tell me how to in the beginning cheat on the blacksmith power so I can begin at level 100 using the console please? Also how can I add money too? There are a lot of codes for that.

Just do a skyrim wiki search for console commands. There is a large list for just about everything. I'd forward the link I have but I am at work and its saved in my home PC.

Just copy/paste this into a new text file, give it an easy name to remember (ex. smithing.txt) and save it in the Skyrim\Data folder. Once you're in the game just bring up the console and type...

bat smithing

...or whatever you chose to name the file. For money just type...

player.additem f (amount you want)

I often use these to set character's skills according to where I want for RP reasons. Like starting out with a character that I'm RPing has a strong smithing background. Take my old orc character who was born from the smith mother. She was raised around the forge so why is iron her only skill? I used the console commands to give her smithing up to orc smithing.
