Alright , so i bought Fallout 3 for my Xbox 360 (I dont have Xbox Live) And i bought it with Game Of The Year and when I try to start , Operation Anchorage And I go to The Washington Monument And Nothing happen's , Please help

Operation Anchorage doesn't start at the Washington Monument though... what exactly are you asking?

You will receive a radio signal from some BOS outcasts, you go help them and voilá, you just started operation Anchorage.

Most people get the broadcast but sometimes if you are in a quest or just randomly, it will take a while to start up the dlc. Also, i would recommend not playing the dlc first before the actual game...

Did you get the quest in your log? If so, simply follow its instructions. If not, wait a while and youll pick up the signal.
