I've installed a LOT of mods over the years and everything seems to be working in a nice harmony. I keep track of load orders using OBMM. I have all the latest OBMM, OBSE, Wrye Bash, and the latest Construction Set.

I made sure when I loaded my mod into the construction set, I also loaded in the plugins that have the content my NPC will be using. I can see my NPC in the room, wearing all the equipment I gave her. When I get into the game, she's naked! She has the body, face, hair, and even the 'trade inventory' I gave her, but the armor and weapon I equipped her with is gone...

I can't seem to figure this one out... Do I need to set my plugin to require dependencies or something?
