I've posted before asking for help with followers not giving the correct follower dialogue, and a quick response came that I might be using the wrong voices. I was directed to, and have since used, this link: http://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?/topic/964801-modder-reference-for-follower-voices/

However, despite using ONLY these voice types, followers I create still will not give me the "I need your help. Follow me." option in the dialogue.
