I need to know the mod (or any mod for that matter) that makes morrowind look like the nicely drawn Dunmer on the foreground. [insert pic here that i cant seem to post] It makes the whole game look watercolored drawn, story book. I found a screenshot of it being used while promoting another mod last week so i know it exists.

Any link to any mod that looks like whatever it is i described provided, i will be thankful for.
