i bought my fall out 3 on d2d but cant play most of the mods due to the fose not working with it

are there any sites that legally allow me to dl this game with my cd key and does not encrypt the game files

also i just tried to launch it and gives me some bs
error saying bink32.dlll file is missing but i checked game folder and it is sitting right there

i gave it admin privlage but still same thing any ideas
