I need to know if this setup is a worthwhile investment that will be capable of playing this and foreseeable future games for the price, any help/suggestions are much appreciated

oops tab apparently made me post this so my op is quite [expletive deleted], But the general idea is I need to know if this rig is capable of running ESO with relative ease.
Edit: Other games that I'm looking to be able to play on this - Next Car Game, Dark Souls, Borderlands 2, D3 Mighty Ducks
What resolution will you be running at? 1920x1080 should run ok. Can you swing a 770ti, I would recommend that. Is this a pre-built price seems high I would think you could build something similar for less.
My Core2 Quad @ 2.33, 6 GBs of RAM and a GTX 650 can run it on High or Ultra at 1920x1200.. your system specs are gross overkill.
And I'd ditch the soundcard
Also, Win 7 Home Premium maxes out of 16GB of RAM. I'd upgrade to Pro. You lose that limitation.
And I'd get a hard drive with 64MB of Cache. Nothing less than a WD Black, or a Seagate.
It is a pre-built since I dont wanna make any first time computer building mistakes, 1920x1080 is what i'll be running at.
byebye soundcard.
Any opinions on motherboards, i'm really lacking in knowledge on those. And my overall budget is 1300-1400.
You will have no problems at all with that setup. I just replaced my 2+ year old PC with something similar, and my 2+ year old PC played the first beta with all settings maxed (and obviously the new one too!).
The build is ok, except for the sound card that is not needed. The GPU is a little weak, but will do. if you can replace it with a 760 or a 770, do it!
The motherboard is ok too, here is a review http://www.bit-tech.net/hardware/motherboards/2013/10/17/asus-z87-a-review/1 if you don't understand anything, just read the conclusion
That rig will run ESO well... However the performance boost from the nvidia 750 to the 760 is significant. 770 is a beast and is worth it if you have the cash but the 760 can run anything out there on ultra. IHMO the nvidia gtx 760 is the sweet spot. I would say find a rig with an I5 8 gigs of ram and an open PCI express slot. Make sure the new machines power supply has two free 6 pin connectors <~~~(important) and buy the nvidia gtx 760 separate. Most machines sold right that have graphics cards in them, give you a sub standard card for the same price you would pay for the same rig with a much better card you bought seperate. I hope this helps.
1920x1080 will run at maximum possible settings on this rig probably at 30 fps
I would get better card, 760 or 770 to be on the safe side. 770 will eat the game, I have 670 and it's flying on it with i7
