My boyfriend is creating a Sith character, like from Staw Wars, and he needs a red sword.
I can't find or think of any except the Deadra sword or the Amber sword from the SI pack, although that's an orange color.

Do you know of any swords that have red in it or look sinister?
And also, do you have any suggestions for being a Sith?

The only thing I can think of would be to mod a sword or get a mod.
And for rping i suggest wearing a black hood and robe, using telekineses, lightning spells, and command humanoid spells.
As for race I suggest dark elf, simply because they look evil imho.

A sword with a damage health (or is it drain?) enchant will have a red glow to it.

Well, not all Sith used red blades. When Vader was first inducted, he didn't switch out his blue blade until he lost it. And there are plenty of other examples I don't feel any particular need to go through...

Anyway, if you're sticking with the base game, then I can only think of what you've already given. Amber and Daedric swords are as close as it's going to get. Both have merit. Daedric is lethal and evil-looking, so it could be a match (though Sith aren't necessarily evil...), and amber is an actual lightsaber color.

As for suggestions, I can only think of the obvious: wear a black robe and train in certain aggressive or manipulative areas of magic, particularly shock damage.

Hold up a daedric short sword to the light.... that's about as close as it gets.

Bethesda would have avoided red-bladed swords, as that would have made the blood on the blade hard to see. You'll have to find mods for these.
