Need to REPORT a BUGGlitch.

I know I'm new on here and hello to all, but I seriously need to get straight to business.

I need to find some way to report a bug/glitch to the appropriate people for the PC version of Fallout 4.

Things I have already done:

1. I have already verified game cache in the steam area after removing all mods.

2. Already tried the lowest possible game settings.

Even after the stuff I've done above I still get this really irratating glitch or bug that happens when I turn "on" or "off" the gamepad option in order to use a controller in Fallout 4.

The game constantly stutters so bad after the gamepad option is turned on that it stutters towards where it makes gameplay impossible.

I can barely hit my enemies, the game stutters even happen during ALL loading screens even the main menu.

Though, if I turn off the ability to use a controller the stutters and issues are gone completely and I can play with or without mods and even on my highest settings.

It's unusual because I used to be able to play this game perfectly fine without any issues about a week & 1/2 ago.

I've tried getting help through the support area and absolutley NOTHING changes this big issue with the options area of the game.

If I could very much get help with this from the development team or someone who can fix these bugs/glitches in the game it would be the greatest thing I could get this year.

I have been a long time gamer from all the way from Fallout 3, all the dlc, and even New Vegas and all those dlc's and now finally Fallout 4. **During all those games I never had to be forced to use only keyboard & mouse."

So it's very VERY impossible for me to even stand playing a $60.00 game I paid for just to end up using a lame keyboard & mouse. I know other people can stand it, but I'm a controller gamer and can only stand to play Fallout 4 with a working controller that WON'T tear up the screen or stutter the gameplay/resolution.
