Does anyone have a savegame I could grab from them for the PC with everything in Goodsprings completed, but BEFORE hitting the 'rebuild character?' message on hardcoe mode?

Theres one on the Nexus, but its not in hardcoe mode.

Im having problems with the ghost town gunfight quest not completing for me even if I disable all my mods, no idea why, so I figure this is the next best thing. Ive beaten the game before, repeatedly, but never kept backups of my saves (doh)
