Hello.

Again (like with Fallout 3) i am experience problem with key bindings becouse of not-full list of keys in game menu.
For example new feature: zoom is bind for left alt and nowhere i can change it by my self. Files Fallout.ini/FalloutPrefs.ini also dont have any binds for it.
I am seriously have no idea why again they forgot to gave players full control of key bindings :/

I agree. I play with left hand on the mouse and right hand on the arrow keys, so in Fallout 3 I bound 'Enter' as Use and '\' as VATS. Fallout: New Vegas makes me leave VATS over on the 'v' key which is nowhere near my hands!
