We need some better traitsperks for meleeunarmed characters.

A trait like:
- Damage is reduced by 80%, weapon accuracy is reduced by 80% and condition reduces 80% faster for all guns/energy weapons.
- Melee/unarmed damage +15%, +30% DR against ranged weapons and +30% running speed.

Maybe not the extra melee/unarmed damage, it's more about the speed and DR as I feel that's where melee and unarmed gameplay is lacking. I suggest DR instead of DT as a large bonus to DT would render early levels too easy.

I'd also like a perk for extra DR whilst wielding melee/unarmed weapons, +10% for each rank (maximum of two).

One last perk for 20% extra speed whilst wearing light (or no) armor whilst wielding melee/unarmed weapons.
