Alright, first I just want to say that I've played and beaten both games on PS3. Now that I have a PC capable of handling them I've been getting rather anxious to buy them, but couldn't due to lack of money. Now that I have a good chunk of change in the bank and a little to spare I'm thinking about getting either FO:3 or FO:NV on PC. I'm only going to get one right now, but I'll probably get the other sometime in the next few months.

What I'm really interested in, since I've already beaten both games, is the variety of mods that each game has built up. I really, really like mods that fit in with lore and realism, so things like extensions to the Brotherhood of Steel or a mod that lets you join the Enclave and complete an actual story-line is what I'm looking for along with things like visual enhancements and mods that mesh seamlessly with the game and lore. I'm not a big fan of adding things into the game that wouldn't be there in reality, for instance anime costumes, gigantic swords, imports from other games, unrealistic followers/factions/quests, etc.

So which game has the better set mods like that?
