So, my Spectacle Island seems to be broken. I turned on the breaker in the boat, but when I go to turn on the breaker in the shack, it tells me "This breaker is not functional", even though the boat is turned on, and the lights in the shack are on. This is keeping me from being able to use the workshop, and complete a side quest. Does anyone know of a way to fix this, or at the very least use a console command to give ownership?
