the directions said in the "Live" folder. but in my elder scrolls online folder I only have 3 "depot" "game" and "vo_en". so where do I make the addon folder? any help would be greatly appreciated.

Go to My Documents > Elder Scrolls Online > Live > Addons (create it if not there)

Just remember that you can't addons and complain about laggy gameplay at the same time.
Ps. Addons in a stress test is a nono.
