Basic rundown:
- I have Fallout: New Vegas on Steam.
- I use FOMM.
- I have http://nvse.silverlock.org/
- I have 6gb of RAM.
-My game's performance has been stuttering, lagging, crashing, ect, in certain areas like on the Strip with mods like http://www.newvegasnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=35100 and http://www.newvegasnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=41573.


What I am asking:
- Will using the http://www.newvegasnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=35262 increase/better my performance? Reduce lag, stutter, crashing, ect?
- Is the http://www.newvegasnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=35262 compatible with Steam and the recent NVSE: http://nvse.silverlock.org/?
- Can I still launch Fallout: New Vegas via FOMM?

It works with Steam and NVSE has a compatible version on nvse.silverlock.org, near the bottom.
Worth a try, nothing bad should happen.

Oh and If you play fullscreen, give http://www.newvegasnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=41381 a look.

Another edit: Seems like you can't use FOMM to launch with if you want to use the 4GB loader, so basicly;

Edit: Checked out the Fake fullscreen mod, and should I launch fallout new vegas with it or the 4gb loader? Idk How to set back full screen mode.

Launch with the Fullscreen .exe, it detects all the good stuff like NVSE and 4GB.

Huh, I tried the 4gb loader and when I load a game it CTDs.

I took that off and tried the fake full screen thing, all went fine and when I loaded a save I CTD...

Edit: Deleted the Fake Fullscreen, but when I launch New Vegas it still launches in Fake Fullscreen mod and I can't load anything.

Edit 2: Need to set full screen back in launcher options, how do I do that?

Edit 3: Nevermind, just all my save games are corrupted I guess, started a new game and it all works fine... [censored].

You can adjust FOMM to launch other programs.

- Click the settings button.
- On the last tab in the Custom Launch command put in the name of the exe to run the 4gb loader.

I've no experience with the Fake Full screen, or how to uncorrupt save file though.
