It should be in your readme.txt.

Well Bethesda's contact information, including their technical support information, can be found http://www.gamesas.com/eng/contact.php. If you're trying to play the game on unsupported hardware I'm not sure how much help they can be however. :(

I don't have that on hand, is it the same one listed on their site? I don't mind poking around to another number but I can't do that without knowing which one isn't working for you - I don't want to spend a bunch of time searching and then find out that's the one I've given you. :)

You have unsupported hardware to run the game on (according to your last topic). Also generally the users here are more informative then the customer support.

Yeah, if you can't meet the system requirements on the box it's unlikely they can help you. Bethesda tech support also doesn't deal with mods as they're inherently unsupported so if you want help with something like Oldblivion you'll only get it online.

If you've tried Oldblivion and you still couldn't get it to work chances are you'll have to put this on the shelf until you have a new computer. I know that svcks but there are very few options when you can't meet the basic hardware requirements :(
