I have it, but it doesn't solve the controls issue, unfortunately.

That's strange. I no longer have the issue with conversations after using it.

Its even worse for me i use azerty keyboard and have to remap to u,h,j,k for movment when in workshop so i never build anythingto be honest.

And ifthat wasnt enough, i use arrow keys for movment and with the new patch i cant use num keys bindings anymore. So yeah basicalllythey didnt test it its impossible such a basic havent been discovered or ignored.

Are you using the arrow keys for movement? Don't they also still affect the dialogue control? It does for me, though I can also use the numbers 1-4.

I haven't had one missed conversation since adding it.

I think it's simply ignored :(

They don't need to care about all keyboards layouts but just have a similar remapping between normal game keys and workshop game keys which is not the case at the moment.

Normal game keys are correctly remapable but when you come into workshop mode the game forgot your normal config and you can't use workshop...

2 solutions :

1st : They make it even in the 2 game modes

2nd : They make all keys remapable in any mode, normal and workshop.

Both are easy to do...but... there is no will from them...

With games being in the global market, companies have always and likely will always make changes for regional differences. WoW & DOTA2 have alternate graphics for anything skeletal for China's version (even though they probably didn't have to). According to http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/Fat_Man name was changed to Nuka Launcher for Japan. Just as foreign companies make changes to their games for sale in the west, like Final Fantasy removing many of their Christian references.

Some not all of the examples in the links below will apply to the discussion

Coming back to the discussion. If key bindings were designed properly (coded to be dynamic) in the first place this would be a non-issue. Setting up default controls to conform with the standard hardware of a region they're selling the game in, would be a trivial task to perform. An intern with 15 minutes could setup the changes.
