OVER. It's a pet peeve of mine, when it's under.

I think it's a guy thing, since most women put it under or leave it over by accident. Most women think this is a non issue, but I find it has to be over. Same should be for paper towels as well but not as a big deal as toilet paper.

Now in my house we have it free standing so we don't have these issues no more.

Actually, I don't know many women, if any, that like it under. :shrug:

It's on the sink counter, a few months ago my brother unrolled the entire thing when it was on the roll, (he's two) we had to put it there so he couldn't reach it. I can't remember how it was before we moved it.

Over. I hate it when on the rare occasion I use a public restroom and the toilet paper dispenser has it so it comes from under the roll. Such a pain trying to get it out and off while sitting on the toilet.Not to mention it breaks so much easier that way it seems.

Same thing goes with Papertowels I don't care as long as I get access to them. Heck sometimes i'm so bad I don't even put it on the dispenser I just use as it out of the package.
