Needing ome help making a long lasting character to RP.

I am tired of my restartitus which is partially my fault. I am gonna try something unique, a character that begins neutral, but will react to various things that happen around her.
Should she get a visit from our favorite black robed man, she might realize that she did enjoy the murder that got her this visit, and become a more evil character, or on the opposite, make the world a better place, thus serving the side of justice. Maybe she will not even care, and stay neutral.
This is a build i'm thinking of:
Spec:Magic, maybe combat,
Attributes:Strength, Intelligence
Race:Not quite sure, Might lean towards Imperial, or possibly Bosmer, because I haven't played one in awhile.
Majors:
Blade
Destruction
Conjuration
Sneak
Mercantile
Heavy or Light armor(depends on Magic effectiveness)
Acrobatics

Don't worry about me leveling fast, I use Oblivion XP.

Just really asking for your guy's opinions on this build and Roleplay Idea so far.

Sounds pretty good to me. I'd personally go with some type of Armor over Alteration though and Breton as the race but I always do that haha. Other than that it looks pretty good to me.

I was thinking of an armor skill, but then couldn't decide, so I thought, why not Alteration, I can shield myself, open locks, AND walk on water.

Shield takes a while before it becomes effective and if you aren't worrying about bonuses then just have Alteration as a minor anyways, its probably one of the quickest and easiest skills to level up.

Ehh I might just Minor it. With oblivion XP and a Magic spec, it would cost only slightly more to raise it on level up, so I should take an Armor skill over it, good boost, and cheaper to raise on level up.
