Needing some LO advice

About a week or two ago, I finally was able to reinstall Oblivion + FCOM + other mods again and got my game back and running again. I'm at 206/262 mods now and everything shows green in wrye bash. I installed mostly what I had used in previous installations but I did install a few new mods that I wasn't as sure of as well.

Two mods in particular I still need to find optimal spots for in my load order might be Return of Shadows Ch.1 and Nekhanimals Awesome Vampire Mod, as I've been having some conflicts between those and some of the rest I suppose.

I've been using an obscure custom race for one of my characters called the opaquan race that I modified a bit for personal use and made the character a vampire in Neks awesome mod (By the way, I would recommend it to anyone keen on making a vampire). I left the mod near the top where BOSS had placed it. It didn't work well though, the scripts that checked blood potency wouldn't run so my vampire couldn't grow any stronger or get new powers. After moving the mod nearer the bottom of my load order to its present spot, the mod's features all worked fine. However, I did notice a bit of a change in game stability and I was noticing CTDs were happening more often then normal.

I also got RoS for my character because it fit right in with the concept. Its a great mod and I've really been enjoying it but I've noticed some problems as well and have been thinking maybe its more unseen conflicts. It works fine most of the time but I find that CTDs get much more common when I travel nearer to Namira's shrine, heading north from the Imp. City. Weird, I know, but I need to fast travel to Bruma everytime instead or it will crash. I'm wondering if maybe one mod might be impacting that general area of northern Tamriel that causes the crashes because I know there is a large boulder from some mod that is also covering the Shadowknight base partially beside Namira's shrine.

If anyone can provide me with any insight into what I may be able to do to increase stability with these mods on, such as a diff. position in the LO or an extra bashed tag or something, please don't hesitate to comment or provide any advice. Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.

I had some issues when I used FCOM with unique landscapes but I'm not really sure why, I had unusual crashes on some UL places maybe you are having the same? I don't know how to help you, you have quite a lot of mods
Try posting it at the BOSS tread?
