So, I'm pushing along and I go to open a very hard lock and what do i find, I cant. I'm at 100 percent on Lockpicking, but then I looked at my STATS. It says I'm actually at 93, how does that happen? Better then that, how do I fix that?? I need help!!! :flamethrower:

You could be addicted to something but when my lockpick goes down it's most of the time because of a concussion(crippled head)
