I have negative 1 point in endurance and negative like 2 or 3 points in big guns. I have gone to a doctor and I get not dialogue about addictions. I took off all that I was wearing, still nope.

Minor Radiation poisoning? Try using a RadAway or go back to the doc and tell him you need him to heal your rads.
