hello!

i recently started playing oblivion again and i noticed that my skill lvl percentage for hand to hand is -408%... i'm not sure if i ever cheated or if it is a result of a bug when training, but i can't seem to find any way to fix this. does any1 else have the same problem and more importantly, does any1 know how to fix this?
