Is it possible to obtain legendary items from wastes in other way than negative time glitch?

I had 50 Dwellers running through desert at once for 20 days and plenty of them travel more than 60 hours and I got no legendaries except for first drop of travel.

What am I doing wrong?


The last thing I supposed was traveling more than 100 hours, but there was a bug with not showing more than 100 items I think and currently after patch it will be impossible to travel so long, because dweller will return at his own when reach max items capacity.
