Weather system seems to have a serious issue as ever since one gloomy foggy day my weather is always foggy. Doesn't matter how many days are passing by its always milk-fog. I set the weather to clear by using the console "sw 00038EE" all gets clear, then after a time goes back to fog.
If I enter an interior then exit, it goes back to fog instantly. This happened after 20 something hours of play. My friend just started the game and experiences the same error onyl his weather seems to be set to rain. Right when he comes out of the mine its raining ever since.

I had something similar at first, with the rain that is. It would NOT stop raining once it started shortly after I left the mine. It finally ceased sometime after I got outside the gate (an exercise in stupid gameplay if ever there was one btw). I rested a bit outside the gate and when I "awoke" it was sunny. Finally.

Did you look under settings in the diary?

Isn't there a setting for distant fog or blur or something?

no its not a setting as they are all the same from the start of my game. And its not the "view distance fog" it's weather fog.
Also, waiting didn't solve it for me. I have waited for like a week
