Neither a Hit nor a Miss...

So I put a pretty solid effort into ESO for this weekends beta stress test.

I came in, I didnt expect too much (well...maybe a teensie tiny bit much) cause lets face it,

its beta.

After the first 6 hours...I found myself really not caring if i'd progress or not.

Sure, I played skyrim, and loved it.

Sure, I played Oblivion and detested it.

ESO is quite amazingly, somewhere in between. It had great texture, story and flow, like skyrim,

but everything seemed too far apart, and slow, and jagged, like oblivion.

after day 2...ugh. I honestly found myself wishing I was playing skyrim (which i'd go on to do)

ESO is neither a hit, nor a miss. Its floating somewhere in between, and I truely cant see myself,

or many others, forking over a monthly fee to playing it.

OH sure, there WILL be plenty of people playing it, of that I have no doubt, and plenty will disagree,

but I felt it my duty to give my honest 2 cents.
