* A scoff followed by a dry chuckle escapes Turner's lips as he lights up a cigarette. He takes a drag and blows it in the Omerta's direction.
"Ha, that's cute. You're just gnawing on a bigger hunk o' cheese friend, remember that.
But anyway, while the lowly problems of Freeside may not have the gravity that those two fighting over guns has, I suppose after the walk up here I should say my piece.
Freeside's gotten over crowded since Hoover Dam, NCR refugees, the injured from the war, as well as the usual riff raff who can't work up the caps to get into the Strip. Expansions into the surrounding Vegas area were planned, but negotiating with the empty Westside seat is going to be a bit difficult. However, we do also need doctors and a steady med supplier, as I've heard word that people are checking into the Old Mormon Fort faster than the Followers of the Apocalypse can check them out. So if any of you fine people could help us out with that, we could negotiate a price for your efforts."

I don't like being toyed around with Mr. Johnson. A twenty-percent increase is unacceptable considering that we were given no prior notice of the changes to the contract. If your business is so precarious, I would imagine that you cannot afford to lose more customers. Might I remind you that there are other weapons dealers in New Vegas *nods towards the Van Graffs* who would likely be more than willing to accept Omerta caps?
