More of a proposition really. We wish to expand our business interests. Clearly, with your *ahem* rise to power over New Vegas, Freeside is within our sphere of influence. I believe its time we begin expanding the strip. To begin with, the Omerta's would like to open a few "businesses" in the area, to start the renovation.

We recognize that the NCR may be in a state of shock following their defeat at the dam, and as such we are not demanding the entire military by tried. Simply those who were directly involved with Bittersprings. I am sure many of the representatives can agree that certain NCR members need to answer for the crimes they have committed."

*Imam looks to the courier and then sits back down.*

I want the Strip on my side, and I don't want to dig gigantic holes into their profits like Mr. House did.

I'm taking down the budgets that I take out of each Casino by 10%. This number might vary in the future.

What they did at bitter springs is wrong, and the Great Khans have every right to pursue their list. However, launching an attack on the NCR would be most unwise at this state of time."

"The Khans appreciate the offer, and would like to work towards a joint effort of the Enclave Remnants and the Khans to help bring justice to these horrible villains. We are willing to reach a time and place for a diplomatic and fair trial, but if we cannot agree on anything then the Khans are willing to explore...other means of bringing justice."
